After just three months of working with Kelly, my blood glucose levels went from 10.8 to 7.5. I am becoming confident that I can reverse Type II diabetes, which has been the case for many of Kelly’s clients. Losing 5 pounds in 3 months was a bonus.
As a self-insured, government entity, our Health Insurance decided five years ago that it was time to start funding and offering wellness activities for employees. The Cayuga County Employee Wellness Committee has been working with Kelly for almost four years.
As an Exercise Physiologists it is essential to have resources in the community that you are confident in their recommendations... A few things I respect about Kelly, she has connected with every referral, they were pleased with her advice and she isn't promoting the newest fad program on the market. Her advice makes sense and her knowledge of products on the market is more vast than my knowledge, so I walk away learning something as well.
