Tested Foods List

Below is a running list of the different foods our Research & Development team have tested in our lab with the NIMA Partners Sensor.

Our team tests both free-from foods and versions spiked with various levels of gluten for testing. This list is brand agnostic.

Our team follows the same instructions provided to NIMA Partners customers when testing foods. Best practices are:

  • Hard Foods: soften
  • Dense / Thick Foods: smaller amount
  • Sticky Foods: smaller
  • amount, small pieces, add water
  • Dry / Powdery Foods: add water
  • High fat: smaller amount, add water
  • Brightly colored: small amount, add water
  • Acidic: small amount, add water
  • Puffed: larger amount
  • Liquid: careful not to overfill
