International Shipping Policy

As the only portable, gluten detection sensor in the world, we welcome international orders. 

As an international customer, please note:

Our checkout will calculate real-time shipping costs from around the world. However, your order may be subject to import taxes, duties, or VAT, which are applied to your order when it reaches the destination country. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer. NIMA Partners is not responsible for any incurred fees.

International Returns and Refunds

Our gluten capsules are non-refundable. If you would like to return your sensor for any other reason than defect, the package must be unopened and in its original package. Please contact customerservice@nimapartners.com and request a RMA. After it is received and inspected, we will issue a refund. Please note, all return orders are subject to a 25% restock fee and customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
