Anne Moon
Sr. Director, Strategic Alliances and Key Accounts

Anne’s why:

The NIMA Partners Gluten Sensor decreases my family's anxiety when eating outside the home and I'm honored to be able to work with NIMA Partners to help others live their best life while living gluten free.

Anne has been managing and learning from the various challenges that come with following a strict gluten free life from the time her daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease more than ten years ago. This experience inspired Anne to start her own business, Beautifully Gluten Free. Additionally, Anne is also earning her Master of Science in Holistic Nutrition.

In her work with Beautifully Gluten Free, Anne provides education and support for individuals and families on their gluten free journey, while also raising awareness and serving as a fierce advocate for the celiac disease community. In her role as the current Chair of the Advisory Board for Seattle Children’s Hospital’s Celiac Disease Program, Anne has helped create various educational programs for the program and the celiac community, worked alongside fellow board members to create the program’s website, coordinated the program’s fundraising activities, and serves as the Education and Awareness founding member of the program’s newly formed guild. Anne also works with the Gluten Intolerance Group’s (GIG) Gluten Free Food Service team, helping restaurants earn and maintain the company’s Validated Gluten Free Safe Spot title. She will take all these great experiences and lead high priority, strategic initiatives for NIMA Partners focusing on Key Accounts, Partnerships and Educational Events.

Anne was an early adopter of the NIMA Partners Gluten Sensor and Capsules, which has been an invaluable tool in helping her daughter eat outside the home and travel safely. Anne is excited to join the NIMA Partners team and continue her Celiac disease and Gluten Free support, education, awareness, and advocacy.

Anne lives in Seattle with her husband, their three children, and their dog.
