Sarah is the leader of our Customer Solutions team. As the leader of this team, Sarah is tasked with increasing the level of service that we offer to our customers daily, finding solutions, and ensuring our operational efficiencies continue to evolve each day.

Sarah comes to NIMA Partners after various Customer Service positions where she was the leader of operations and logistics for a major, global online retailer. She is someone whose #1 focus has always been people. She is currently finalizing her efforts to receive her master’s degree in counseling psychology and her License to be a Professional Private Practice Counselor where she will focus on helping people surpass difficulties in their life.
