David Stubler
Sr. Educational Advisor

Dave’s why:

I joined NIMA Partners because I believe in their technology. As a 3+ year user, my NIMA Partners Gluten Sensor empowers me to dine with confidence, once again, with my family and friends.

Dave first learned about celiac disease when he was diagnosed at age 45 after suffering for 10+ years with a variety of symptoms. He has always enjoyed cooking, but he didn’t develop a love of baking until after going gluten free. He enjoys learning and sharing gluten free tips and tricks through his Instagram account: @glutenfree.dave. Because of other health reasons, he must avoid dairy and red meat in addition to gluten. He is an active Board Member of The Celiac Kids Connection at Boston Children’s Hospital.

David graduated from Rockhurst University in 1997 with a master’s degree in business administration. Dave graduated from Kettering University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

David lives in Kansas City, KS with his wife and two college age sons. He is a mechanical engineer with 30+ years of manufacturing experience in the automotive, steel, and defense industries.
